Terms & Conditions

Conference registration categories and cost per person. 

Full conference registration:

Standard Registration fee (applicable if registered and paid no later than 15 April 2026 @ R 5000.00 per person.

Late Registration fee (applicable if registered and paid no later than 15 April 2026) @ R 6’000.00 per person.

What’s included in the full conference registration fee:

Entrance into all plenary sessions, including breakout session area;
Official conference materials;
Lunch and refreshment breaks during the Conference days;

REGISTRATION PAYMENT

Upon receipt of your registration application a quote will be issued and emailed through to you for payment.  Invoices will be issued upon receipt of payment. Invoices can be paid via bank transfer or via credit card.

To pay by debit or credit card (via PayFast – a secure online payment gateway), please follow the link below.
The default price is listed at R 5000.00 (see below). To pay a different amount please amend the price listed in the box below before clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button highlighted in red.
Please verify that the Payment Total listed on the Payfast page is correct for your category of conference registration before proceeding with payment.

Please note this currency conversion is an approximation. All registration fees are charged in South African Rand (ZAR) and converted to your local currency where applicable upon finalization of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. On completion of a registration application you will be liable for the full amount of the registration fees subject to the cancellation conditions below.
2. All cancellations must be received in writing by email to seakle@ess-sustainability.co.za
3. If the registered delegate cancels more than 6 months prior to the EMAN Conference 2026, the delegate will be liable for 30% of the invoice value.
4. If the registered delegate cancels less than 6 months prior to the EMAN Conference 2026, the delegate will be liable for the full invoice amount – payable with immediate effect.

MEDIA REGISTRATIONS

SAHCS are pleased to welcome the media to the conference. A limited number of complimentary registrations are available to qualified journalists, reporters, editors who are employed or represent a credible publication, news service and community-based organizations in the field of Environmental Management that regularly publishes news. We also welcome freelance journalists on assignment, given credentials to cover the conference are submitted. We support professionals with an interest to disseminate news, related to Environmental research, Advocacy, & Policy,

Please complete the registration form and add – MEDIA – after your organization name. Thereafter your application will be reviewed and a decision will be communicated.
